Who we are

Founded by Rick Chasin in 1996, designrac continues to provide quality digital products to small businesses and major corporations from our office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Trained as a fine artist, Rick worked as a layout artist for NASA after receiving his MFA in drawing and printmaking from CalArts in Valencia, California. After many years of working in the publishing and advertising fields, he decided to make the change and work for himself under the banner of designrac.

Contracting with eLearning companies and design houses has led to a well-rounded body of knowledge, much of it self-taught or learned on the job.

True to his roots as a fine artist, Rick places visual integrity and attention to detail at the top of his list when working with clients.
